A curfew has been imposed in sections of the St Andrew Central Division (Kintyre and Bedward Gardens communities). The curfew began at 6:00 pm today and lasts until 6:00 pm Sunday.

The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:

North along Gordon Town main road between Papine Square and Skyline Drive

South along University Road and Dallahs main road between Golding Avenue and the foot of Dallahs Hills;

East along an imaginary line along the western foot of Dallahs Hills between Skyline Drive and Dallahs main road;

West along Golding Avenue between Old Hope Road and University Road.

During the hours of the curfew all persons within its boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorised in writing by a member of the security forces, who is in charge of enforcing the curfew.
