Khago, Down Sounds ink deal
Tuesday, June 26, 2012
INDEPENDENT label Down Sound Records has signed a production and booking deal with dancehall artiste Khago.
"He can be the next big artiste out of Jamaica because of his crossover appeal and his wonderful work ethic which is on par with that of a Vybz Kartel," said Josef Bogdanovich, founder and head of Down Sound Records.
"We are marketing him as one of the future stars of dancehall music."
All of Khago's previous bookings will be honoured under the terms of his new contract.
