Jah Currant makes new link

Thursday, March 21, 2013

Journeyman artiste Jah Currant has linked with Earth Storm Records to get his career off the ground.

The singjay, who made his recording debut in the late 1990s, has worked with influential local labels such as Big Ship and Cell Block Music.

"I've been doing music for a while now, and it has been quite a journey,, a really rough one. If I wasn't strong I would have given up, but I love music too much to give it up," said the St Thomas-born artiste.

Last year, Jah Currant recorded the song Daddy Now for Earth Storm which he says received enthusiastic response.

His latest singles include Bad Man World and She Got Me Waiting.
