Vocal duo Voicemail (which comprises Craig Jackson and Kevin Blair) will release Next Level, their fifth studio album next month.
Party Commander, the lead song from the album, was produced by German group, The Titans.
According to Blair, "The song is a true representation of Voicemail and the fun we bring throughout our music. It adds a new, fresh sound. Whether it s in a good or bad way, this song is going to leave an impact on everyone," he said.
Jackson also commented on the song.
"Party Commander is special to me, because it brings two important aspects of Voicemail's image together. In Jamaica most people know us from introducing new dance moves into the dancehall. At the same time, we're making positive, fun-oriented music. We want that music to transport a deeper meaning to the listener and allow people enjoy the moment."
Voicemail recently scored a top 10 hit with Clap It Up which was featured on the Poolside rhythm. The group is known for other hits including Let s Dance, Wacky Dip, Get Crazy and Best Days of Our Lives.
