Gunmen kill one, injure 3 in Kgn shooting

TWENTY-seven-year-old Kevin ‘AC’ Watt of East Kirkland Heights, St Andrew was killed and three other persons were shot and injured by gunmen on the Red Hills Drive main road, Kingston 10, this morning.

Police reports are that about 3:10 am, the four were walking home from a wake when men armed with guns approached and opened gunfire hitting them. Watt, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds, died on the spot. Lawmen who went to investigate took the injured persons to the hospital where they are being treated.

The investigators are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed or may have information about the killers or their whereabouts to contact the Half Way Tree Police at 926-2551, Crime Stop at 311, Operation Kingfish at 811, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
