Is this the woman that came between Eva Longoria and her husband?
People Post
Friday, November 19, 2010
Erin Barry has been revealed as the woman at the centre of Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria's divorce. Access Hollywood reports that Longoria's husband Tony Parker, 28, sent the mother of two, hundreds of 'sex texts' .
Erin, 37, is estranged from her husband former NBA basketball star Brent Barry, Parker's former San Antonio Spurs's teammate. Her father-in-law confirmed to celebrity website TMZ that she filed for divorce from her husband of 12 years just last month. The sportsmen became friends when they played together for the Spurs from 2004 to 2008.
On Wednesday, Longoria, 35, filed for divorce in Los Angeles after telling friend and television presenter Mario Lopez, that she had discovered texts alleged to be from Barry, on her husband's phone. Erin, 37, has been married to Brent Barry, now an NBA TV host, for 12 years. According to Access Hollywood, divorce papers were filed on October 29.
Barry's father, NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, told TMZ "I feel horrible for my son. I'm in shock. I knew [Erin] was moving out of the house soon and she was the one that filed for divorce. This is the straw that broke the camel's back."
Rick added: "[Brent] is going to be devastated. I can't even imagine him going through this ... the divorce was hard enough news."
The couple married in San Francisco in 1998, and Erin has followed her husband from city to city as her husband played for six different teams before retiring last year. Brent Barry played alongside Tony Parker for four years for the Spurs, during which time she got to know actress Eva. The Barrys have two sons, Quin, nine, and Cade, four.
Access Hollywood reports that when they reached Barry over phone, she was 'audibly emotional' and declined to comment on the matter. Tony Parker was tight-lipped when approached by reporters outside his team's locker rooms yesterday. "It's a difficult time right now for me and Eva. We got a joint statement and everything else is our private life," was all he would say. When pressed on the allegations about him and Barry, he replied: "That's my private life."

Nicki Minaj dresses like Lady Gaga and Rihanna's lovechild
She may not be quite as famous as Lady Gaga and Rihanna, but Nicki Minaj is apparently hoping to change all that by mimicking their style. The rapper caught plenty of attention as arrived for an appearance on the Wendy Williams talk show in New York Wednesday in a really outrageous outfit. Her blonde, pink-dipped wig and pale pink lipstick emphasised looked like it was straight out of Lady Gaga's wig collection. And her fluorescent pink tights, black lace bodysuit and pink bra seemed inspired by Rihanna's racy wardrobe.
Minaj, 26, accessorised with black and diamante ladder boots and multi-coloured square bangles to top off her look. Surprisingly concerned about keeping out the cold in her skimpy outfit, Minaj wrapped a pink and blue scarf around her neck in case she got a bit chilly.
She stopped to pose for pictures with fans and signed autographs on her promotional tour for her debut album Pink Friday which was released this week. But it's not just her outfit that has people talking. She has been at the centre of rumours she has had buttocks implants to increase her substantial rear end. The protege of rapper Lil Wayne has said she is not concerned by the speculation. She said: "People will pick anything to talk about, and that happens to be the thing at the moment. I love being a conversation piece."

Nicole Kidman's little lady Sunday Rose now looks just like mum
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban enjoyed a family day out in New York today with their daughter Sunday Rose today. With her long strawberry blonde locks tied into a ponytail, the three-year-old looked more like her famous mother than ever as they left their hotel together. It was a rare public outing for the trio, who tend to spend most of their family time tucked away in Nashville, Tennessee.
Nicole, 43, rugged up in jeans, a navy coat and a bowler hat while her husband wore a khaki jacket with his denims. Earlier this week the country singer put on a surprise concert in a train station.
Urban, also 43, teamed up with Amtrak earlier this week to perform two surprise performances at New York Penn Station as well as Philadelphia's 30 Street Station. He then sung for 50 competition winners on board the train while it was moving. Speaking to People magazine about the performance, he said: "I've never performed on a train. I'm not even sure how I'll be able to stand."
Urban sung a number of his old and new songs before saying to onlookers: "I want to thank you all for missing your train today."
Colleen Hansen watched one of the shows in Philadelphia and said: "Things like this don't seem to happen much around here. I just texted my friend, I'm about to be five feet away from Keith Urban!"
