Woman stabbed to death

A 44-year-old woman, identified as Eleanor Bailey, was Wednesday night stabbed to death following a dispute with another woman along Duhaney Drive in Duhaney Park, Kingston 20.

The police reported that Bailey, a resident of Lowell Avenue in Duhaney Park, had an altercation with the other woman in a bar when a knife was used to stab her repeatedly. She was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital where she died.

Body found with gunshot wounds

THE body of an unidentified man, believed to be about 20 years old, was found at West Avenue in Greenwich Farm, Kingston 11, Wednesday night.

According to the police, the body is of slim build, about 177 centimetres (5 feet 10 inches) and was clad in a pair of blue jeans pants and a grey shirt.

The police said about 9:00 pm residents reportedly heard loud explosions. On the arrival of the police, the body was seen with multiple gunshot wounds. The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue.
