CEO of First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union (FHC) Roxann Linton (left) and chairman of the civil service week steering committee Lorna Phillips (right) share lens time with the 2019-2020 civil servants of the year, from second left, Celia Lindsay, management; Candice Henry, technical support; and Sofia Levy, middle management. The association between FHC and the civil service week steering committee has facilitated a revamp of the annual awards with the three awardees, up from a single civil servant of the year awardee for the previous 15 stagings. In addition to its increased collaboration, FHC granted the winners $200,000 each and a $150,000 allocation towards a joint community project.
