Bouncing back after a break-up

All Woman

Bouncing back after a nasty break-up is not easy. In this phase, many women are confused, some are bitter, and some are looking to take revenge. How do you bounce back when the love of your life betrays you?

Janeane:

It is actually quite simple. Cry it out and then decide to really focus on you. It is a bad idea to jump into another relationship immediately, because you haven't healed. I say spend time with you and start over. I did it and I am at a great place in my life now with a ring on my finger. I worked on myself.

Sophie:

Date again. Do not let your sorrows kill you. Get up, wipe your tears, dress up, and go get you a date. Sometimes all a woman needs is a one-night stand. Sounds crazy, but it is the truth.

Marcia:

I think a woman should take care of herself in and out of a relationship. Do not let a break-up cause you to break down and look pop dung! Fix yourself up and do you. Cry if you must, but don't cry for long. Wipe them tears and remember you have a good, better and GREAT.

Ana-Kaye:

Look a next man and look a better one! If you sit and bawl out yuh eyes dem, yuh only a stress while him a get the best out there. So move the heck on!

JR:

Forgive and move on. Do not become bitter, but learn to love again by spending some time alone.
