Nine horses claimed on Saturday

NINE horses were claimed on the 11-race programme at Caymanas Park last Saturday.

Stir It Up, who won the third race, was claimed from Steven Todd by Oneil Markland for himself for $450,000.

In the ninth race, trainer Anthony Nunes claimed Sir Leyland Hall from Conroy Tulloch for Connecticut; Fernando Geddes took Argument Done from Anthony Subratie for Warrenton McLean; Joseph Thomas claimed Raising The Bar for Vincent Atkinson from Anthony Nunes; Kingsley Davis claimed El Gato from Dennis Lee for Garth Samuels; Paul Hylton claimed Paintthistownred from Tyrone Prince for The Seeker, and Lincoln Lungs claimed Clearly Ours for himself from Winston Morris. All claims were made for $250,000.

Richie's Pik was claimed from Neive Graham by Raymond Townsend for David Marrett for $180,000, and Tropical Depression was claimed from Paul Smith by Michael McIntosh for himself, also for $180,000, from the 11th race.
