Tameka Lee got the shock of her life on Friday when she was sentenced to 10 days imprisonment after she confessed to smuggling ganja inside a prison.

Lee pleaded guilty to introducing contraband into a penal institution and possession of ganja when she appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Friday.

The court was told that Lee attempted to smuggle marijuana inside Horizon Adult Remand Centre on Spanish Town Road.

Lee, who was obviously shocked, stood speechless in the doc when she realised she would have to spend the weekend behind bars.

Following the sentencing, Ellis, who was seemingly furious, said a lot of money was spent to secure Horizon while Lee insisted on breaking the law.
