If, like Thursday Food, the best part of waking up is the smell of Blue Mountain Coffee wafting through the house, then you'll be as excited as we are about the threeday Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee Festival, which is being held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture & Fisheries.

The festival kicks off on Friday, March 23 with Trade Day — business development workshops for coffee industry players.

Be prepared on Saturday, March 24 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm to be impressed by the myriad coffee-infused products, Barista demos and craft items.

*Shuttle service to Newcastle departs hourly from UTech starting at 9:00 am. Discover or rediscover on Sunday, March 25 some of our unique eateries tucked away in the Blue Mountains like Blue Ridge Belcour Lodge, Crystal Edge, EITS Café, Heritage Gardens at Cold Spring, Strawberry Hill and The Gap.
