Many women are lost and confused when their seemingly healthy and stable relationships take a turn for the worse, but there are factors you may be overlooking that could be quite destructive to your love life.

Little to no communication

Let's face the truth, without communication a relationship is already sinking as your partner will be confused about what you want, if you want anything, and what exactly to do to give you what you want. If you are not communicating you have already made it uncomfortable for your partner to communicate with you.

Lack of trust

If you do not trust your partner, it will sink the relationship faster than an anchor stables a ship. You are to be comfortable within your relationship and not trusting your partner will only dig a wider hole into the relationship.

Abuse

Abuse comes in several forms so whether it is verbal or physical, that is no way to live. If you are being abused, sooner or later that relationship will die a sudden death. A person can take so much and no more and even if they are enduring the abuse now, sooner or later they will leave because abuse is no way to live.

Being insecure

No one likes a partner they constantly have to be giving validation to. Confidence is important in a relationship because not only is it attractive, it makes the relationship a space of comfort and escape. Once you are insecure, your partner will walk further and further away from you until they run totally away from you.
