THE Jamaica Classic Car Club (JCCC) will head to The Vineyards, Mandeville, this Sunday, for what is expected to be one of their largest and most-anticipated meets for the year.

"We should have about 40 cars on show," Shane Angus, JCCC president, told Auto.

Kingston members will leave from the New Kingston Texaco at around 10:00 am and meet up with south coast members in Mandeville.

The Vineyards always features a bumper crowd due to the collection of local resident Victor Dixon Jr.

"At the last event we had around 200 people passing through to look at the cars," Angus said.

Unfortunately, the popular feature of the Kingston events, the Mug Rally, will not take place.

"We'll only be taking the opportunity to discuss it and plan a route for future stagings," he explained.
