KINGSTON, Jamaica — Last Sunday’s Jamaica Karting Association’s racemeet at the Palisadoes Raceway in Kingston saw several amazing performances.

However, it was karting prodigy Colin Daley Jr who stole the show.

The 15-year-old’s aggressive racing style kept the fans on their feet. And even while out front by himself, the speed at which he pushed the kart was amazing.

Meanwhile, several of the class battles are already sewn up leaving the real prize — the Abe Ziadie Memorial trophy — for the driver with the most points.

Vying for the top spot is an indirect three-way battle among Joshua Sirgany, Peter Moodie Jr and Thomas Issa — indirect as they all race in separate classes.

This made it more imperative that they collected maximum points each race, and they all brought their A-Game on Sunday.
