WEDNESDAY'S passage of Hurricane Sandy has caused the postponement of Sunday's Jamaica Karting Association's (JKA) championship at the Palisadoes International Raceway.
"I went to the track today and Hurricane Sandy has left it littered with debris and covered some areas in water," said Neil Williams, JKA Club president.
"We are going to arrange some clean-up days with our members and reschedule the meet."
