Vehicles are damaged after a multi-vehicle pile-up on Highway 400 near Innisfil, Ontario, Canada, yesterday. Provincial police say a massive multi-vehicle pile-up has closed Highway 400 in Innisfil, south of Barrie. Police say as many as 96 vehicles were involved in the series of collisions early in the morning.

While no major injuries were reported from the pile-up, the ensuing clean-up is a major task for police. Police set up a collision centre at Georgian Downs racetrack, which is located off the highway near the crash site. Data on the Ontario Ministry of Transportation website suggests that more than 80,000 vehicles travel along the affected stretch of highway each day.
