Used-car flea market tomorrow
Friday, June 01, 2012
JAMAICA Automobile Association will be staging a used-car flea market — JAA Autofest — at its headquarters on 7 Central Avenue in Swallowfield, St Andrew, on Saturday, June 2.
Autofest is being held under the theme "Car Care for Safe Motoring" and is a collaboration between the JAA and the Insurance Association of Jamaica.
Duane Ellis, JAA general manager, said the one-day event will be a unique opportunity for buyers and sellers of used vehicles to meet, and conduct business.
"We facilitated sales by providing both buyers and seller a neutral and secure space in which they could conduct business, while providing access to vehicle care and insurance services," Ellis said.
