Sloane Jackson, head of business for MINI at ATL Automotive, says the inaugural MINI Summer Adventure Road Tour last Saturday was a phenomenal success.

“It was successful because we got a lot of people to bring their cars out, we got a lot of people to come out to the event. We also got a lot of people to test drive a wide variety of cars including the new Countryman vs the old Countryman and all the other models we've had,” he told Auto magazine.

“We also had some customers, who were on the fence in buying, that have now finalised. We've even had some customers reconsider what they wanted to buy. All in all, it was a good day for us as we got to know and meet our customers,” he continued.

The occasion saw a 20-car convoy making its way from the busy Corporate Area streets to the serene scenes of rustic Portland.
