the latest album from singer Dandexx, won Best Reggae Album at the Akademia Music Awards in California in January.

The 17-track set was released late last year by 21st Hapilos Digital and produced by Di Next Generation Production WC.


On his latest single,
Confident, Dandexx encourages Jamaicans to be just that. Produced by Wayne Brown, it is on the
Night and Day ‘riddim’.


"This song encourages listeners to be confident despite any obstacles they might be facing," said Dandexx.


Born in Kingston, Dandexx (real name Kirk Brown) is based in Los Angeles. He began recording professionally in 1993, but did not get his break until 2011 when he did
