With a yen for under-the-sea bites and the requisite trimmings and accompaniments (on the menu: pickled-onion topped snapper, succulent shrimp, piping-hot fish soup, and fried bammies and festivals), the Friday evening set ascended the staircase of the trendy Hope Road destination, 100, to its rooftop culinary haven, Captain’s Deck, for a fish fry that delivered flavour on the plates as well as an enjoyable night out.
