NCB rewards auto-dealers

NCB, in an effort to allow consumers to access affordable financing, lowered their auto loan rate to 16.95 per cent for both new and used vehicles effective March 1, 2010. In addition, NCB has agreed to a special dispensation to allow 2009 motor vehicles being purchased from new motor vehicle dealers in showroom condition to be regarded as NEW.
