Shell brand change local owners

KINGSTON, Jamaica -The Shell brand licence in Jamaica has changed owners.
Blue Equity has sold the Antilles Group Limited, licensed user of Shell Brand locally, to the Rubis Group.
The transaction was finalised at the end of 2012 for an undisclosed sum.
Regional firm Blue Equity bought controlling interest in The Antilles Group in 2011.
The Antilles Group is the largest fuel retailer in Jamaica and operates more than 50 service stations in the island.
