Dear Claudienne

I am writing to you out of sheer frustration as I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall.

Last New Years' Eve I suffered a nasty accident at a hotel in St Ann, a matter which has still not been resolved. It took me 10 weeks just to get a medical report from St Ann's Bay Hospital, and it is now another 10 weeks since I engaged the services of a law firm in Montego Bay to deal with the hotel on my behalf.

The lawyer wrote to the hotel on my behalf and to date the hotel has neither acknowledged, or replied to said letter, this according to the law firm's receptionist with whom I spoke this very morning (May 28, 2012).

Please could you attempt to succeed, where I have failed, in getting some kind of response from the hotel.

We spoke to the Assistant General Manager of the hotel on Wednesday June 20, and he said he had seen no report on your accident. He asked us to tell you to e-mail your complaint to the hotel and gave us the e-mail address. You said you would ask your lawyer to send the hotel a copy of the original complaint.

Tell Claudienne spoke to the General Manager of the hotel on Thursday June 28 and she said that they received the complaint by facsimile on Wednesday June 27. She said that the complaint would be pased on to the relevant department for them to send it to their insurance company here in Jamaica. She said that the hotel would contact your lawyer.

Dear Claudienne

I applied to the National Housing Trust for return of contribution for year 2004 in January. At the NHT I was told that the process would take four weeks, but every time I phone them to find out if the cheque is ready they keep telling me to phone back next week. Once I sent them an e-mail and they replied informing me that there was an internal problem that had to be sorted out on their system.

Could you look into the matter for me.

Tell Claudienne contacted the NHT and note that after we spoke to them they sent you to the NIS Ruthven Road office. The NIS office gave you a letter to take to the NHT who then paid you.
