The only thing better than having an excellent team member is having a group of excellent team members. This is something that Sandals South Coast Red Lane Spa manager Donnette Armstrong can definitely attest to. Vowing to start 2018 just right, Armstrong, along with resort general manager Adrian Whitehead and the Training and Development Department, feted the resort's Red Lane Spa team of 37 while celebrating the successes of the team's top performers over the past year, during the Red Lane Spa Awards last week. Eight awards were presented during the awards ceremony, including the Top Retailer Award, which went to Venecia Dawson-Henry, and the Top Service Sales Award presented to veteran relaxation specialist Sandra Wedderburn, who recorded the highest sales not only for Sandals South Coast, but for all Sandals and Beaches resorts in Jamaica.

Among the other awards presented were awards for the therapist with the highest guest retention, therapist with the most trip advisor mentions, therapist with the most add-ons and upsells, receptionist with the highest retail awards, most punctual team member, and the top spa attendant award.
