"What should we do to eliminate suffering and disease? It's a wonderful idea but perhaps not altogether a beneficial one in the long run. If we try to implement it we may jeapordise the future of our species. World population must be stabilised, and to do that we need to eliminate 350,000 people per day."

When world-famous scientist and explorer Jacques Costeau uttered those words, AIDS was not yet the pandemic as it is today, and in any event, Costeau must have thought that of the 350,000 to be eliminated, he -being a member of the white, productive, ruling class in the world - would be excluded.

Today, just under 45 million people are living with HIV/AIDS with the continent of Africa being the hardest hit. The vast majority of the world's population have bought into the position sold to them by "reputable" medical names with awesome qualifications and international bodies such as the World Health Organisation in terms of the origin of HIV/AIDS.

Most people believe that AIDS "happened" and that the community of medical scientists in first world labs are assiduously working on finding a cure. According to Dr Boyd Graves, a cure for AIDS exist. Graves is a lawyer, a 1975 graduate of the US Naval Academy and an African American who was diagnosed with AIDS in 1992. "The United States patented the cure for AIDS in 1997 and that patent number is 5676977, and I tell people to go to google.com and type in US Patent and that number and the information will come up. Twenty two months ago (2001) I took the US-patented cure for AIDS. It is a one time injection; I call it infusion because it takes about 20 minutes. It's a large plunger kind of thing but that is all I've had and physically I am fine and symptom-free."

In 1999 Graves unearthed something called the 1971 Special Virus Cancer Flow Chart which details the process and development of a lab-produced virus designed to "attack and undermine the immune systems of people of African descent". Graves has gone further than any other in attempting to show that HIV/AIDs was lab-designed in the US under the direction of the US government. "We've got two dozen scientists and medical doctors who have reviewed this material, and to a person, they all agree this federal programme is at the heart of the genesis of HIV and AIDS."

The "cut hunter" theory is the one which the powerful pharmaceutical industry and researchers funded by them would have us believe is at the source of the pandemic ravaging Africa and other parts of the world. In my first article on this subject in December 2003, "How did HIV/AIDS come about", I gave the general outlines of this theory.

In what is called "prehistory", a chimpanzee killed and consumed two monkeys - a red-spotted mangabey and a greater spot-nosed monkey. Both monkeys were infected with its own strain of simian immunodeficiency virus. Then about 75 years ago someone in central Africa cut himself while butchering a chimpanzee for food. That animal was infected with SIV. After a few adaptive mutations, HIV evolved.

To me, that is nothing more than plain rubbish, bunkum. It is just another designer theory.
The chief DNA sequence analyst at the Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico, Dr Gerald Myers, was asked in 2001 to give his views on the origin of AIDS. In a talk he gave to the Royal Society in London, it was reported as follows:
"Dr Myers reported with his colleagues that the origin of HIV could not have begun with 'cut hunters' or other single, isolated cross-species transmission. He reported that genetic sequencing studies have shown a 'punctuated origin of AIDS event' took place during the mid-1970s giving rise to at least ten different HIV 'clades' (or genetic subtypes) associated with ten different distinguishable AIDS epidemics in Africa alone.

"The most likely cause of this widespread bizarre zoonosis was some man-made (that is, iatrogenic) event involving chimpanzees."

The United States is the most powerful nation on earth, leading the greatest "civilisation" known to man. It produces more useful goods and services than all other industrialised and economically-relevant nations on this globe. Most of the goods and devices that we take for granted were discovered and developed by people living in the US. The US is the information power in the world today.

Whenever people living in less developed countries want their dreams of economic betterment to be realised, America is usually the country they run to. But there is a dark side to the "goodness" of the United States and, guess what, it comes with the territory. The US has the most awesome arsenal of weapons of mass destruction. When it dropped two atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki within three days of each other in 1945, about 50,000 people went from body temperature to 10,000 degrees in two seconds. In other words, they evaporated. In a few weeks another 150,000 were dead.

Today, the US army has nuclear weapons which are 2,000 times more powerful than the bombs dropped on Japan in 1945. Position that awesome power alongside America's role in giving aid to less developed countries and its complementary role in policing states it deems as "rogue", and it follows naturally that the State Department, its war hawks, futurists, think-tanks and the heavily-endowed foundations such as the Rockefeller Institute and the Bill and Melinda Gates ($24-billion) Foundation would want to play God with the world.

Research will show that from as early as 1969 those in the elite in the US were planning ahead. In April 1974 National Security Memorandum 200 became the basis of US foreign policy. In the memo which became immediately classified, it later came out that Kissinger and his buddies in the State Department wanted to limit the population of third world countries so that the US could keep them from becoming industrialised and control their resources.

Every part of the research into the genesis of the AIDS pandemic points not just to its birth in a lab but references to "specific genotypes". Genotype refers to race.

Dr Len Horowitz who is another activist convinced that AIDS was cooked up in a lab, in writing to the Federal Trade Commission stated the following: "Beyond these reasons for our disregard of your authority, there are many more egregious violations of human rights perpetrated by those with whom you are associated. One example involves the origin of HIV/AIDS and the FDA's apparent role, in collaboration with the Merck pharmaceutical company and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, having cooperatively produced the 1974 hepatitis B vaccines tested on gay men in New York City and Central African Black women."

It has moved beyond theory that HIV/AIDS was made in the lab, in the US, as a means of controlling the non-white population of the world.
