Dear Editor,

It was disturbing to accept the disastrous defeat of the touring West Indies cricket squad under the leadership of Jason Holder in fourth One Day International (ODI) against India at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

It was painful to see the team with one tie and one win, and which fought gallantly in the first three ODIs, collapse for just 153 runs against the mammoth total of 377.

Batting sensations Shimron Hetmyer, Shai Hope and Kemar Roach totally disappointed.

Now it is high time the West Indies Cricket Board sees to it that stalwarts like Chris Gayle, Darren Sammy, Kieron Pollard, and Carlos Brathwaite are back in the side to return West Indies cricket once again to the glorious days.
