Dear Editor,

Successive parties appear to have taken the constituents of St Andrew West Rural for fools.

Do they really prey on the people as a means to achieving their vulgar and narrow political and personal ambitions? I wonder.

I see that yet another representative is coming to St Andrew West Rural in the person of Krystal Tomlinson.

Those in the party's hierarchy who have sent her should ensure she is trained, lives in the constituency, and completes a promises detector test.

Whoever is sending her should also use the profile and accomplishments of the late Madam Rose Leon, whose leadership was transformational and was by no means predatory to the constituency, to gauge her readiness.

The constituency is currently in shambles with respect to infrastructure. And there is no human empowerment philosophy.

Both the current and aspiring candidates should detach this letter and post it near to their bedsides to remind them of the mood of their constituents.
