‘Pumpkin’ for Sting

MONTEGO BAY, St James — Female Japanese singjay Rankin Pumpkin will be one of the opening acts at this year's staging of Sting, to be held at Jamworld Entertainment Complex in Portmore, St Catherine, on Boxing Day.
Rankin Pumpkin, who started her musical career in Japan in 1992, said she will not be intimidated by Sting's very demanding crowd.
She is very grateful to the organisers for her inclusion which boasts Busy Signal, Tommy Lee Sparta, Aidonia, Sizzla, Popcaan, Ninjaman, Kiprich, Mavado, Khago, I-Wayne. Tony Matterhorn, Spice, Romain Virgo, Lady G, Chuck Fenda, Gyptian, George Nooks, John Holt, and Iba Mahr.
