DANCEHALL deejay Blak Ryno will officially launch his own purified bottled water, Island Water, at 2 Chelsea Avenue this evening.

The launch will kick off at 8:00 pm and will be hosted by Canadian-based Don Skilachi. Music by Alex Frass.

"The event will be held on Saturday, and there will be live performances from Jahvinci, Harry Toddler, Ricky Ticky and me. We will be giving away free samples of the water," Blak Ryno said.

Blak Ryno, whose given name is Romaine Anderson, came up with the idea for the product two years and teamed up with business partner Don Skilachi to make it a reality.

"Water is essential to life. It is a product that has a chance of long-term success ... that's why I won't be tying it to Blak Ryno the artiste, in terms of its branding. This is my chance to do something long-term and lasting, outside of the music game. Yu have to diversify," he said.
