THE four-member Jamaican song-writing team — Bloodline — has scored a hit with Follow The Leader, a Jennifer Lopez and Puerto Rican reggaeton duo, Wisin y Yandel collab.

The Latin-flavoured song is the first single off their latest album, Los Lideres. The single is number one on the Billboard Latin charts.

Bloodline comprises the Thorbourne sisters: Nyanda and Nailah, of Brick and Lace; Tasha, a former member of the group; and, Candace, who is popularly known as performing artiste iCandy.

With a musical background of performers and writers, it was a natural progression for these siblings to form Bloodline.

The sisters were thrilled and astounded to know their song was number one in a Latin market.

"We are out to make good music in any language," said Nailah.

The group is currently trying to get other songs placed with artistes. As a four-member group, they feel they have an edge because they are able to split into teams to undertake several projects.

Ole! Ole!, the recurring chant in Follow the Leader, gives the approval, that Bloodline will achieve its mission in any language.
