GEORGETOWN, Guyana (AP) — Guyana’s chief judge is holding hearings on whether to eliminate a colonial-era law that prohibits cross-dressing in the conservative South American country.

FRENCH model David Agbodgi is Saint International's special guest for its Fashion Face Of The Caribbean and Jamaica's Avant Garde Designer Of The Year contests, scheduled for the Courtleigh Auditorium on March 16.
