ZIP 103 FM's zip-jocks had their turn last month. Now Bikini Sundayz, scheduled for Ultra Beach Club in Portmore, St Catherine, will see what rival radio station FAME FM can do this Sunday.

"We're having DJs Arif Cooper and Sanjay from FAME FM playing for the crowd," Maurice Johnson, event organiser, told the Jamaica Observer.

Bikini Sundayz regulars Santana, Krazy Dean, Bad Scientist and Simple will provide musical back-up duties.

The monthly party series has built its success on having themes that resonate with its target audience. In May, it was Playboy bunnies. For Sunday's event, Johnson wants female patrons to attend in the colours of their World Cup football teams.

"It wouldn't be Bikini Sundayz without bikinis, and as Jamaica is football crazy right now, to add some fun, we're asking that the ladies show up wearing the colours of the country they support," he said.
