MBTT graduates top Coca-Cola competition

Monday, September 17, 2012

MUSIC Business Technology Trainers (MBTT) graduates did well in the recent Coca-Cola Jamaica competition dubbed Run Di Track.

The competition invited persons to register, create and upload their original 'beats' or instrumental to the Coca-Cola Jamaica website. The winner would be decided by voters.

Of the 250 entries, the top five had three MBTT graduates. They were Ohkeen Linton, Fabian Dobney and Jason Patterson, who placed first, third, and fifth respectively.

Linton, won two round trip tickets, airfare and accommodation for the recent Olympics in London with an instrumental called 'Track Starz' riddim.

"I found some sounds that had something to do with track stars and the whole Olympics thing," said Linton, who is also called Meehko Outroar.
