Richie B to join MELLO FM

BROADCASTER Richard 'Richie B' Burgess will be joining Montego Bay-based radio station MELLO FM effective Monday, March 4.
He was employed to radio station Hot 102 for the last 10 years and was host of The Hot Mix.
At MELLO FM, he will be the station's morning man on MELLO Daybreak from 6:00 am to 9:00 am Monday through Friday.
Errol Smith, the current programme's host has been promoted to news and sports director.
Richie B joins veteran broadcaster Barrington 'Barry G' Gordon.
The latest all-media survey shows the station at number four with Hits FM at 9.6 per cent, Love FM at 9.7 per cent and MELLO FM with 8.5 per cent of Jamaica's listenership.
