My learned jason, let me spoon feed u. The standard & criteria for Ms Ja universe is much lower than that of Ms. Jamaica world, yendi has the experience & exposure, plus compare her educational back-ground to the other contestants, her criteria was highter than the competition itself! come on now even stevie wonder cud see yendi was way too "OVER-QUALIFIED" for this type of contest.....If u still don't get it, I'm sorry but I'm out of spoons.....Don't have a bigger one to feed u with.

Georgia, you sound a tad bitter that she won another title. Pray tell the implication that I said she WILL ALWAYS be the best and there's no other? The point is, which is quite evident, none of the girls were up to scratch and Yendi was the best out of that bunch and she is still eligible to win a title, so your reasoning is not moot. It's hard to get the big picture when you have such a small screen...isn't it?

Jason, I think that comment sounds a tad bit dis-respectful to the other contestants. Are u implying that yendi will always be the best & there's no other? Pls do remember like everyone of us, Yendi can't keep entering pageants all her life, she won't be 24 years old forever.....So what is your point? If she was older & elligible to enter, someone would have be to chosen. Again i ask what's yr point?.....

All the best to Yendi. This is what she does well so if they see fit to give her the opportunity to represent once more, I say go!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with her entering another contest. She is not the 1st and won't be the last. It was a mere formality to elect her as she had no competition whatsoever. Why give someone else the chance when all they would do is get a free trip to wherever and offer moral support to the obvious stronger competition. She has the attributes to do well and possibly cop the big title. Sandra Foster and Christine Straw had success in both int'l contest and she will be no different.

Yendi should have never entered the competition even if she won fairly there is going to be that shadow over her head.

I am a Yendi fan, but something about this seems very unfair to me. Yendi has had many opportunities already. Jamaica is full of other beautiful, intelligent young ladies who could use the exposure. Why not allow someone else to get an opportunity? I know some countries allow this sort of thing in pageants, but come on now. No wonder some people can't ever get ahead in Jamaica if they don't have people in high places to pull strings for them. Give someone else a chance.
