Popular selector Chris Dymond celebrated his birthday in fine style at Club Portuguese in Queens, New York last Friday. The event attracted a large number of patrons, who enjoyed musical selections from Dymond, Tony Matterhorn, DJ Rodney Rodney, Code Red and Rfb DJs.

“The is the third staging of my birthday party in New York. It was previously held in Jamaica but I decided to have it in the United States for the last three years due to the requests from fans,” Dymond told the Jamaica Observer.

Among his celebrity friends who turned out to party with Dymond was Yanique “Curvy Diva” Barrett.

“We had Yanique passing through as well as fans from Miami, Jamaica, and even from as far as Los Angeles,” said Dymond.

“The vibes at the event was all positive and fun. The event was dubbed Ladies First, because I always cater mainly to the females and I try to ensure that this is not an event that they will leave complaining,” he continued.

Dymond is a selector with popular sound system Code Red.
