Deejay/rapper Kalleem London looks to take his career to new heights with Extraterrestrial, his latest song. Produced by El Seis Dios, it was released in September.

The Atlanta-based artiste told the Jamaica Observer that he went way out while writing the song.

“Extraterrestrial speaks of aliens teleporting to Earth to celebrate a festival with Hennessy,” Kalleem London explained.

The single is the follow-up to Badmon, his 2018 single which is a blend of dancehall, hip hop and Trap. That song is produced by BeatsByMantra, whose credits include Selfish, a big hit in 2017 for rapper Future and Rihanna.

Kalleem London was raised in Portmore. One of his biggest influences is Vybz Kartel, that community's most infamous artiste. Popcaan was also an early musical inspiration.

In terms of hip hop, Kalleem London names Travis Scott, PartyNextDoor and Jerry Lorenzo among his favourite acts.

Comfortable doing dancehall or hip hop, Kalleem London has been recording for over 10 years, doing songs in both genres.

Some of his previous singles include Girls Mon, Styrofoam and Benzedrine.
