Ras Chibuzo is Holding Firm

Fast-rising reggae singjay Ras Chibuzo is upbeat about his latest single Holding Firm.

He is positive that the song will do well locally and internationally.

“The song has been getting some really good reviews and mi thankful and happy for that. The song has been getting a lot of buzz from the local radio stations,” he said. “It is a song that everybody loves because it is so relatable; it is a day-to-day experience in life.”

Holding Firm was produced on the Troyton Music imprint. It was officially released on October 5 and is available on all digital platforms, including iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon. Its distribution is being handled by Zojak World Wide.

Ras Chibuzo, whose given name is Sanjay Bissick, hails from Linstead in St Catherine.

He said his aim is to uplift and positively entertain with his music. He began his musical journey composing songs that reflect day-to-day struggles, historical happenings and predominantly proclaiming the views of Rastafari.

Ras Chibuzo said his musical influences include Sizzla Kalonji, Anthony B and Lutan Fyah.
