When the latest edition in the Ratingz party series unfolds tonight, top sounds including Fire Links, Di Unit, Coppershot and newcomers Rebel Sound are promising to bring the unadulterated dancehall vibe to the proceedings.

Scheduled for the St Lucia Avenue car park in New Kingston, the event promoted by Yung Rolaz is set to be filled with hardcore vibes and lots of entertainment.

“This staging of Ratingz will be held at a different venue with different DJs, and this time around we have Remy Martin and Luc Belaire on board, which will bring a premium feel to the event,” said promoter Tollani Reynolds.

“We have the hardball general Bubba from Fire Links sound, so the high energy will be maintained from start to finish,” he continued.

The first Ratingz was held in November 2016 at Auto Vision in Kingston. It is held three times annually.

Reynolds also spoke about the growth of the series.

“Well we had to change the venue so that's a sign of the growth. We have a lot more patrons coming out because the brand is growing.”
