The Table Talk Food Awards is one of the most anticipated food events in the Caribbean. This annual festival recognises excellence in food creation, food service and event décor among others. Annually, part proceeds from the event are contributed to a bursary for students at the University of Technology’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
We recognize the need to showcase Caribbean integration through its cuisine, hence our expansion of the Table Talk Food Awards to the Cayman Islands. This year we continue to pay homage to the culinary achievements of the Cayman Islands, with a series of restaurant and bar crawls and we will host a special Awards event to honour these restaurants.
