Lawyer on fraud charges to return to Court Friday

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Sean Kinghorn, the attorney who was recently implicated in a fraud matter is to return to the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
Kinghorn is charged jointly with his secretary Ruth Spencer and Linton Campbell, a farmer.
The three, who are facing forgery and conspiracy to defraud charges had their bails extended Tuesday when they appeared in court.
They are accused of illegally creating a will for a St Ann woman in 2008.
