Alleged gangster killed in Old Harbour

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — An alleged gunman linked to the G-City Gang in Old Harbour, St Catherine was killed during a confrontation with police this morning.

The Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), which relayed the information in addition to a photo of the deceased via Twitter, said it is unable to provide more information at this time.

CCU, did not disclose the man's name but said a Glock 40 pistol with 12 rounds of ammunition was seized during the incident.
