Annotto Bay woman beheads baby

KINGSTON, Jamaica - A woman was arrested this morning for beheading her baby in Annotto Bay, St Mary, the police confirmed.
The incident is being treated as murder.
The woman, who is said to be of unsound mind, turned herself in to the police earlier today.
The child is said to have been about a year old.
