Asafa's drug hearing continues Wednesday

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Former 100m world record holder Asafa Powell is scheduled to return to the Jamaica Conference Centre downtown Kingston Wednesday (February 12) for the continuation of a hearing in his positive drug test. 

Powell is facing the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission’s (JADCO) disciplinary panel following a positive test for the banned stimulant Oxilofrine at the National Trials last June. 

The hearing commenced in January.
