Bail extended for female chef charged with murder

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The assistant chef who was last month arrested and charged for the stabbing death of her co-worker  had her bail extended yesterday when  she appeared in the  Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court.

Latoya Wilks, 23  is charged for the  July 1 murder of Italian chef, 40-year-old Pablo Auigliano, both employees of  Caffé Da Vinci at the Market Place in Kingston.

The Italian chef was stabbed to death during a dispute with Wilks at their workplace.

The matter was however rescheduled for mention on Friday when Wilks appeared in court yesterday.
