ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — Retired track sensation Usain Bolt has partnered with Food For the Poor (FFP) to rebuild a house for a St Catherine vendor whose home was destroyed by fire in July.

The vendor, Sean Sutherland, operates a stall just outside the FFP offices in Ellerslie Pen, Spanish Town, St Catherine and resides in the said community.

The house is being built at a cost of US$7,600, half of which was donated by Bolt.

FFP matched the donation and is facilitating the project along with real estate company RE/MAX Elite.
