By-Election 2017: JLP's Dunn wins St Mary SE seat

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate for the constituency of South East St Mary, Dr Norman Dunn has won the hotly contested seat with 8,176 votes.

People's National Party's (PNP) candidate for the seat, Dr Shane Alexis managed to garner 7,239 votes.

Dunn will now replace former PNP Member of Parliament, the late Dr Winston Green who died suddenly.
