Children’s Registry lines again operational

KINGSTON, Jamaica — All telephone lines to the Office of the Children’s Registry, including its toll free number 1-888-PROTRCT, are now operational after being affected by lightning last week.

The agency’s telephone system was repaired today after being out since last Thursday.

People who wish to report child abuse can do so by calling toll free 1-888-779-8328. Additionally, reports can be made to 908-2132, 618-5888, 631-8933 and 631-8908
