Chinese man murdered in St Ann identified

ST ANN, Jamaica — Police in St Ann are carrying out investigations into the murder of a Chinese national in Brown's Town yesterday.

The dead man has been identified as 28-year-old, Teng Fei Cheng, a businessman of Market Street, Brown's Town in the parish.

Reports are that Cheng was seated in his motor vehicle in the vicinity of the Superior Gas Station when the gunman walked up to him, shot him and then escaped on foot.

Cheng was taken to the St Ann's Bay Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
